Here are the first steps to face the situation:

1️⃣Mandatory conciliation: The first step is to file a claim with the Basque Government (SMAC). The goal is to reach an agreement before going to court, and this step is compulsory.

2️⃣ If no agreement is reached… You can go to trial. Although a lawyer is not required at this stage, it’s advisable to have legal advice.

3️⃣ Watch the deadline! You only have 20 working days to claim your dismissal. If you miss this deadline, you lose the right to do so.
